The allure of working with exciting, unique, one-of-a-kind technology was what attracted me to General Fusion. So, armed with an engineering physics degree from the University of British Columbia, I took on a role with the company after graduating in 2021. There is always something new to learn and talented and motivated individuals to learn from.
A highlight of my employment at General Fusion was that I was afforded the opportunity to attend Plasma Physics Summer School in Culham, UK, hosted by the UK Atomic Energy Authority in July 2023, where I had the pleasure of meeting with individuals from academia and private fusion throughout Europe.
Outside work, you’ll find me climbing, backcountry snowboarding, sailing, and trail running throughout this beautiful province. My real superpower though? Parallel parking!
