I have a background in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering, with master’s degrees in both. My expertise in numerical computations landed me my position as a Computational Physicist here.   
 
A little about me – I speak several languages, including Farsi, English, and French, which I learned in Montreal when I first came to Canada. My favourite food is Persian! It reminds me of home, and eating it always makes me feel nostalgic.    
 
I love to exercise; I enjoy hiking here in B.C. in the summer! In the winter months, I’ll head indoors for some Pilates. I recently did the Squamish Chief hike for the first time and visited beautiful Joffre Lakes. I also have a personal interest in psychology, and in terms of personal growth, I love to understand why I am the way I am.
