Joanna Cameron has more than 25 years of experience in corporate and securities law, with a focus on capital markets transactions and business law matters, including equity and debt financings, initial public offerings, and public and private mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining General Fusion, Joanna was a partner at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP and previously served as VP Legal and General Counsel at NexGen Energy Ltd.
Joanna holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan, a Bachelor of Arts, Honours in Economics and History from Queen’s University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.
