Ryan Guerrero has 25 years of experience in technology and innovation, including taking complex, large-scale aerospace and naval products from concept to market. His leadership expertise spans product design, integration, testing and commercializing cutting-edge propulsion and power generation technologies for application on nuclear submarines.
Ryan was a Senior Director at Northrop Grumman for nearly two decades, leading the strategic development and production of next-generation nuclear-powered submarine capabilities. At Northrop Grumman, Ryan held critical roles managing programs across a broad and diverse portfolio of businesses. Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, Ryan spent five years at Boeing on aircraft and space propulsion programs, including NASA’s Space Shuttle Program, as a Materials and Process Engineer.
